The mattress set I purchased Black Friday proved defective, and went I attended the store and met Emil (not my original salesperson) his first words were that he would take care of everything, and he did. Emil was friendly, efficient and reassuring, explained my options and made recommendations, and it was most appreciated. Emil is an excellent ambassador for the Brick Park Royal.

I furnished my 6 bedroom home exclusively with Furniture from the Brick. I get asked who my interior decorator was. It is Hila who is the best Brick saleswoman on the planet. So lucky to have found her.

Fantastic store with wide selections of everything you need for your home. Hila is phenomenal, she knows her inventory very well and she’s able to give a great advice with purchase.

I am sending this message to complain about poor customer service. I bought 3 pieces coffee table and end tables from the brick park royal on November 17 that we were supposed to receive it in one week, maximum 2 weeks but unfortunately after all my follow up with customer service at store they are telling me I am going to receive it on Dec 11. They just tricked us to sell their product which is against

Their sales rep named Hila did a great job on our new bedroom furniture order. We are very impressed with her caring & professional service & will have no hesitation in using her again for future purchases.

Years ago I built a brand new house. I purchased about $10,000 in furniture. I was extremely pleased and happy with my purchase. Excellent quality and long lasting durability. I am now in the process of upgrading my home and will definitely looking at the brick for furnishing. The customer service is always awesome, even if you are just browsing.
