Yucky service!! Ordered 2 pair of shoes online. Paid by visa. The order confirmation comes through and then 2 weeks later we get an email that the money is refunded??? Send email asking why, no response. Try to call get voicemail. Call again, get put on hold and then call is disconnected. etc...etc... you get the picture... real pain. Finally get the right person and they say sorry, the money should be in our account in another day or so. Never expected Josef Siebel to be like this.... WOW!
