BAD Company and BAD Service

This company promote Reliable Service, Satisfaction Guarantee. I had my dishwasher repair service from this people. They didn't able to fix my machine and charged me $160 for cleaning. Due to the job was not done, not completed, I asked for refund. The office people was unprofessional and service was so bad. He said he only will refund $40 to me. After one month, I still haven't receive any payment. Please aware and don't call for their service.
