I was very impressed by the installation job the boys did. Put in 10 Windows in a two storey house at twenty below zero,up and down ladders in the snow and cold and had them done in under seven hours.Really good job!

Lost my business before it even started. Created an appointment on a Saturday on their website for a quote at 10 AM on Monday morning. Get confirmation email saying between 10 and 12. Waited for appointment no one came. Called company and they said I did not book on time on Saturday. Then offered to book the next day on Tuesday. After I booked the next day they called back and said Monday at 2 which was on the original day. Took the time and then did not show for the 2 PM appointment.

Excellent service right from start to finish. Kevin and James did the installation and did an amazing job. True professionals. They put tarps over all the floors to protect them. They replaced 9 windows and results are beautiful. Once they were all done they cleaned everything up. We then did a walk around inside and out showing us each and every window to make sure each one met with our expectations. We are extremely happy with our new windows and highly recommend Canadian Choice.

The care and attention to detail made me feel like the installers were working on their own homes. The workmanship is remarkable. I highly recommend Canadian Choice.

Had the pleasure of dealing with this company to replace two windows in the front of our house, a living room and dining room window. Right from when we walked into the showroom, to the salesperson Nikolay, to the installer Faruk, they were all so kind and professional and answered all of our questions. Best staff sales to installation and the product is amazing best windows on the market. Check other companies and it was a waste of time I should have just went with them first the presentation was main taught me so much about windows. Great job guys!!

This place does not care about quality or customers

They lied to me about what I needed. Poor installation. My door froze as soon as it got cold. They said they couldn't fix it till spring. They told me to call back in the spring. So I had a frozen door all winter. Nice fire hazard. When spring came I called and called and someone came mid July and said I can'tr fix it now how do I know where it is sticking. Someone came today to try to deal with it supposedly. Of course nothing repaired. Told him to leave and I will never deal with them again.

We replaced all our windows and are thrilled. Looks like a new house. A lot of the credit goes to the capable "Team" of Bob, Mike, Shane and James. They were very professional and friendly. Thanks for the good experience which started with Stan, the knowledgeable sales rep.

A few windows and door replacement I've got a few windows and a front door from Canadian Choice Windows & door (Winnipeg). I've did a huge home work before choosing the contractor for my project! You know what? Right now I'm more then satisfied!!! Outstanding professionals! Outstanding quality of materials! And a special thanks to our Project Consultant Denys, he knows about windows/doors everything, like everything! WOW! I can't say more!

i was looking to get my windows and doors done for last couple years finally after getting estimates from four solid companies with good reputation, big showrooms and great feed back on BBB I decide to go ahead with Canadian Choice windows, even they was slightly higher then other company's. We really have great experience with Canadian Choice from start to finish all 18 windows and 3 doors was installed on time as promised. All 3 basement windows leak. See the video. They are also very hard to open and close. Someone did come and replace something on the windows, but it was already cold and never tested them again for leaking when it rains. Front door is very hard to close, needs to be slammed real hard and still does not close properly. It leaks cold air. It also looks like it’s warped or something. I have pictures of the light coming in from the outside plus the bottom of the door where you can clearly see both

I would recommend this company. They provided a lot of knowledge about their product and this industry and were real professionals. Multiple estimates with slight increase in cost, they were my final decision. Doing a big project like mine I felt I was really well taken care of by this company, they were all about my satisfaction and the whole process was handled awesomely! Well done. Kudos to all departments. I am so impressed!

We had all of our Windows and Doors replaced doing our home renovation in Winnipeg Beach and we are happy to say it stood the test of winter! Now come spring we are really enjoying the new windows (and doors too) and thought to share our happiness. They look absolutely beautiful we have got many compliments the grills on our windows give a nice curb appeal and we have sent recommendations. Vladimir our rep gave us great customer service and we really like the work of this company.
