I have found them to be polite and helpful on each of four occasions.

received electronic item soaking wet. Cardboard box had no integrity left. had to pay charges before item given, then upon inspection found out how damaged it was and then had to go through process to refund charges.

Waited all day Friday only to get a text at 5:00pm telling me I was not home to receive my shipment. Not to worry, They can schedule a delivery sometime next week when I am out of town. Oh yeah and they are closed for the long weekend. Great, Just Great!

been forced to use this service twice now with disastrous results... both of the stores that use them have been notified... my first package was never delivered, sent back to the store which I never got a refund for... NOW they say I owe charges so they are basically extorting me to get my package... WHICH SHOULD HAVE BEEN DELIVERED !!!... what ?... the shipping prices changed magically while my purchase was enroute ???... never going to speak well of these peeps... >:(
