    Worst experience ...

    Worst experience at a Tims ever. Waited in line for about 5-10 mins (only one person in front of me) because they were only concerned about the drive-through, mind you, that wasn't much of a problem. However, when I did get to the cash, I asked for a combo and I asked if I could SUB a chili for a soup (which was a little under $2 to add onto a combo) and she said yes, but then the bill came up way too high for what I had asked and she said, "oh, well the chili is $(price of chili)" and I reiterated, and she said yes you can sub it and I said "Well it's not SUB-able if it's not that price plus the difference in cost, THAT'S a sub, so no, I don't want it." (Sorry for caps, I don't have italics). Didn't ask what side I wanted so I paid and moved along. Now, I wouldn't have had ANY problem with this had it not been for the fact that I was driving home and decided to take a bite of my foo, and they had given me the completely wrong order. I have worked in food service and never before have I seen such a large combination of incompetence, disorganization, bad customer service, etc. So disappointed with my favorite canadian franchise.
