Accepts only cash! Was referred to Dr.Leung for reverse vasectomy. Paid the $150 consult fee prior to the meeting. Had the meeting for 5 minutes to be told the hospital does not take patients for reverse vasectomy anymore. He said he knew this and was told a little while ago. However, he than recommends us to other Dr to than tell us we will have to pay the consult fee again. Why did you see us in the first place, if you knew you couldn’t do it. Waste of time and money!
