The Veterinary Clinic owner Brent Steele was totally unprofessional & overbearing with me by not allowing me to speak while raising his voice at me— he has been totally inept at addressing/managing any of my concerns, holding his staff accountable and/or handling & resolving issues. He has been unwilling to listen to & validate any of my experiences at his clinic, used his position of authority over me to reprimand me for attempting to voice my concerns & took punitive measures against me.

I would highly recommend Dr. Amanda. and Julie for their constant care of my companion Pumpkin. Not only is their knowledge a great comfort but their understanding is excellent and appreciated. The rest of the staff are a tribute to Dr. Brett. Thank you very much for being there during my times of stress.

we have tried a few vets around and about Cobourg. This place is by far the best in service. They make you feel comfortable, and they know how you feel about your furbaby. The staff is 5 star all the way and so gentle with your pet. We have been to others where they where not gentle and treated you like a number. If your new in town, or looking for a new vet come here!

We have been taking our puppy PJ to Dr. Amanda since we got him at 2 months old. He loves her and all the staff an is excited to get inside as soon as we pull up.PJ is very precious to us and we feel safe to leave him with the staff.
