    Highly recommend ...

    Highly recommend Junkaroo. Was searching for someone to come help get rid of some old appliances and furniture. Junkaroo were quick, professional, and fairly priced compared to the other quotes I got.

    Friendly & Reliable

    Called and arranged to have them collect everything from my renovations (I don't have a vehicle to haul it myself and work 6 days a week). They were there the next day and the whole process went without a hitch. I would definitely use them again.

    Terrible service

    Appointment was arranged to pick up junk. No one came. Called the business 20 mins past the appointment time just to confirm. No pick up, so left voicemail. Supposedly they will return the call within 15 minutes. Waited 20 minutes still no phone call. Called again and asked if someone could call back to confirm if they are indeed coming or not. No call. 1 hour past the appointment and still no word from this business. Terrible service! No consideration for people's time. Definitely not recommending Junkaroo for junk removal services.
