When Olga Pomeransky got married in Israel in 2001, she was frustrated with bridal consultants during her search for her ideal wedding dress. “I had this goal to get them to understand what I wanted. I wanted something simple,” remembers Olga. “[The consultants] did’t want to do what I wanted, which upset me and I told them I needed a dress like the one I dreamt about.”

When she moved to Canada four years later she kept that encounter in mind when setting up her own bridal shop, Best for Bride. “It was my desire to help brides because it’s the most important day in their life,” says Olga. “We need the bride’s dreams to come true.”

    overall very happy this the service offered

    the staff were polite and helpful and the selection of dresses was extensive. They had something for every taste and style of wedding. The dress that i eventually picked out was beautiful and i was surprised to see the price tag, much cheaper than i had imagined. I cant wait to pick it up in a few weeks. I will be sure to send some pics to the shop.

    wonderful staff and experience

    I came by the store just by off chance to see if they had an appointment, luckily they managed to squash me in later that week. I was so excited and couldn't wait to try on all the wonderful dresses that caught my eye. I found the perfect dress and i am going back next weekend for a fitting. The staff are very accommodating and tried their hardest to make me feel welcome and happy. I cant wait to go back for my first fitting.

    Upon my friend's recommendation, I went to Best for Bride reluctantly (because I had been to many other bridal shops and found nothing suitable, so I was a bit worn out). I'm so glad I did! They were really wonderful in helping me choose something that was totally ME instead of something that was costly. Only thing I regret is not going to them FIRST.

    Excellent Service and Great Experince

    Bought my wedding and bridesmaid dresses and extremely enjoyed the service. The store selection is also a big one and has many plus size dresses (which is important to me).
