Humber Bay Veterinary Hospital

I’m going to give my honest review to this place, Unfortunately I am left feeling taken advantage of over the care for the well-being of my pet/family member. My first appointment I only asked for a vaccine and unknowably got charged an additional 200$ For de-worming stool sample. My second visit they did a 2 second check of heart rate and then charged 80$ for a check up. The room had blood on the walls aswell and I had left feeling regret.

This clinic has been taking care of my dog for years. This is my first review. I feel I owe it to this place. I found Humber bay vet clinic to be professional and the Doctor I dealt with was always direct even if I didnt like what I had to hear. Always on time. Which was a hug problem with my last pup and the clinic I used...waited and waited. Ug. Very comfortable is KEY. My guy is super healthy and I owe much of that to this place. Thank you all the staff even if I have forgot your name.

We are so happy with this Vet clinic. Price is very correct and the Vet are very professional and friendly.

I spent almost 2,000 dollars to take care of my dog (who died) and the clinic charged me the wrong 38 dollars and they refused to give me back the amount charged improperly! This is already 3 months ago !!! I spent 15 days trying to take care of my dog and even though I said that she was throwing up the medicine, they insisted that I should give it to her, only after 10 days in this situation, with her almost dying and that I was referred to a hospital that would cost me another 3 thousand

Great vet hospital! Dr Ibrahaim is a stand up guy with a great staff supporting him. Every time I pay a visit it always feels like they have my pets interests at heart. Costs are nominal and never have I ever felt pushed into a scenario that wasn't for me. Great business with a great staff.

I am so thrilled I found such a great vet...my cat got the best care ever...the doctor was so incredible, so caring and so patient...my cat is getting so much better, I found their prices amazing, but his caring blew me away...I would highly recommend the vet....to anyone that wants the best care for their pets
