Shoppers Drug Mart

5:00 pm. Main/Sherman. No one at cash. Using covid as excuse to force self-checkout. Lots of elderly, disabled people can’t use self-check-out. They were not cleaning screens when i went through and when the man beside me needed help at self-checkout, no one responded. Finally found young male staff who was dismissive. Would not honour sale price posted on sign for chips. No manners at all. Not going back. Hire staff with manners. Have staff available to help.

Love love love going to the post office at this location. The young man who works here is just the best. Makes it worth going to this location of Shoppers

Shoppers Drug mart at Sherman & Main has very approachable, polite, curious staff, always greet you with a smile and are eager to please. As for products at this retailer Extremely overpriced, they do Not price match, (Sad). My favorite area in store is the Cosmetic Department where staff go above and beyond to meet your needs.Second is the Post office, great customer service. It's a pity the staff rate 5 plus stars but the store only gets 3 & that's due to its extremely high priced items.

Amazing store, horrible pharmacy.

I love shopping at Shopper's Drug Mart, this location is no exception. The staff are amazing, always taking time out to help you with whatever you need. I've even had a manager help me while she was on her lunch break. Amazing people that work at this location. Now, for the pharmacy, they are ridiculous. If you try to call they will never answer, they are so slow and when you go to pick up your prescription or drop off, you stand there for 15 minutes while they talk about their personal lives.
