Denali Snow Removal

I was not a customer of this company, but they repeatedly blew all of the snow from our neighbour’s driveway onto our property. Instead of turning right out of her driveway so the snow would blow onto her front yard, they would turn left and blow it across the street onto our property. We called the company many times to complain, but they continued to do this up to and including the last snow fall of the season.

Very pleased with there service. We have been with them for several years.

I am a customer for the last few years. I am happy with the service and results. My lawn is nice and green and almost free of weeds. There are occasional weeds that do not respond to the treatments, but the staff pulls those by hand. Highly recommend this company!

Absolutely phenomenal service from Denali Snow Removal! Our driveway has been pristine throughout the winter -- we don't even have to deal with any snow/ice at the bottom of the driveway that's left behind by the city plows. Denali clears it all away, promptly! Even during the big storms (when I frankly expected there to be a slowdown in service), everything was A-OK! I'm grateful to Jess, Chris, & their team for keeping our driveway clear & giving us peace of mind that the job will be done.

This is a great local company to support. They provide quality service and have great customer service. Last winter was not as smooth as the prior year but Denali has always been very responsive and dealt with the issues immediately. What I think I appreciate most is that the drivers seem to be really aware and considerate of their surroundings when working, giving lots of room and time to let cars and people pass. I am writing this review, not just because Denali asked me to but also because we couldn’t be more thrilled with the level of high quality service they offer. My husband was hesitant to try out a new company at first, but after switching, we are happy we did. We not only save money, we also get phenomenal service. I became a Denali snow removal customer 2 years ago. I could not have made a better choice. The service has been great. The drivers are very meticulous and provide quality work in the summer as well. I referred my neighbours and friends for snow removal last year and they were also pleased. Keep up the great work guys and I am sure you will become successful!

I've been with Denali for a number of years and have always had good service with no complaints. They provide great customer service, and Chris and his drivers provide excellent service during the winters. We will continue to support this family owned and operated business.

Denali is truly a pleasure to work with. We already use them for winter snow removal, and decided to give them a shot for regular lawn maintenance (ie. cutting). He helped me with a Fall cleanup and then came back to do some much needed work on my garden and front yard in the Spring. He works very hard and the end result is amazing. Prices are very reasonable, and you couldn't ask for a better staff. His wife is also a pleasure to work with....truly wonderful to have them in our community!

This company is definitely a hidden gem! We hope that as they grow, the quality of service doesn't dissipate!

Denali has been a consistently reliable provider of our snow removal needs for the past 2 years. We have looked at other snow removal companies, but none offer the high level of customer service that Denali offers. I highly recommend their services! You won't be disappointed!

The driver is always kind enough to move my trash cans out of the way - much appreciated.

They helped me out on short notice when no other company would, and did not charge me an arm and a leg. They also did an AMAZING job and the driver shovelled my steps as a bonus. They have an incredible team and staff. Thanks Jess & Chris & Happy New Year.
