    Food was subpar, ...

    Food was subpar, service was irrelevant because you do everything yourself except for actually making the meal. Save yourself some money and go to Tim Horton's ... Or buy yourself a salad from the grocery store, go home and eat it and throw your container in the recycling. Same experience only it costs about 60% less than what you'd pay at Panera.
