Phoned in a pickup order, and was put on hold...

Phoned in a pickup order, and was put on hold twice while the staff argued over who should "take" the call. Was treated to a weird conversation (phone not put on hold) between members of the kitchen staff. Not appreciated at all. I already know the food is top-notch, just a shame that the staff is so lousy and substandard in their manners and service. Time for change, or you won't see my money again.

Abruptness is being too kind!! I don't know if...

Abruptness is being too kind!! I don't know if you people are used to really crappy service, or I got them on a bad day....But they were not friendly at all & I ordered 2 milkshakes for my children and was told flat out, without appology, "I don't have time to make milkshakes". She instead, without asking brought 2 (not even cold) choc. milk. I asked the next waitress (who had shown up to work after our meal) for milkshakes again...after about 10 minutes, when we were about to leave, I asked politely again and got the EXACT same reply...if you are not going to serve something on the menu, remove it from the menu!!!! It was not even busy the first time we had asked!! They were even rude about the whole situation...and throughout the meal. I swear, I was polite until the end.
