Big Mikes Towing

Damaged my car 1951 Mercury during transport. They hide and avoid their responsibilities. Avoid this company. They have the quotations and the before and after pics. They admitted fault as per the emails. Time to step up and be responsible.

They tried to receive the full payment before the delivery. They finally delivered the vehicle, but it's damaged and now they don't reply to any of our calls. Bad experience. We will never hire this company again. Also, their driver (Richard) is totally unprofessional. If you can, don't hire this carrier.

Vehicle arrived with damage. When told the driver just shrugged and said oh well. Proceeded to almost hit another vehicle when putting it in driveway. Stay away !! Very unprofessional. Rim was in perfect condition before transport. Resting against rail the entire drive.

Without my permission, the company contracted my car to 3 other companies. In terms of their communication the company was very unprofessional and were rude and condescending when I asked about my vehicle updates. The tow truck driver lost the fob/ key for my jeep. The driver paid for the fob but refused to pay for the key that he lost. I would not recommend this company at all
