Poor Customer Service, Clients Beware!
Do not use this company! We first went to them because my wife was listed as an at risk driver. They were very nice and were able to get her insured. However, at the end of our term they were not able to provide an insurance rate better than we could find on our own. When we told them we would not be staying with them, they made it difficult to cancel the insurance by not returning phone calls and giving incorrect information on the cancellation process. Finally after speaking to Ms. Jones on the phone she became confrontational when she was asked about their poor business practices. When I told her about her poor customer service, she responded "What does it matter, you're leaving us anyway". Absolutely pathetic service. Do not let their initial charm fool you. They are only after money and do not care about you as a customer.
