Elegant Plus Cleaners

Don’t bring your alterations to Elegant Plus Cleaners located at 1240 Eglinton Ave West and Creditview. They have very bad customer service! This is the WORST experience I ever have. I have this most precious piece of clothing but they MESSED IT UP and did not want to be accountable. They did not follow a very simple instruction and as a result they shortened my pants INAPPROPRIATELY. Didn't accept their fault. Instead, they treated me so badly. The lady was rude, arrogant and disrespectful.

While I can't comment on the dry cleaning seeing as I've only ever had to take repairs and alterations here, I have absolutely no complaints. The service is always excellent, and they do an excellent job. The pricing is also great too! Highly recommended for alterations!
