Future Rent-A-Car Inc

Without my permission they’ve put a charge through my credit card. In September 2021 I was getting some work done on my car ( warranty covered), so my car dealership told me that they will be providing a rental for me. 5 months later I get a call from Future Rent a Car with them saying that they will be charging me instead of the dealership because they are having some issues with the dealership. They know that I’ve never personally authorized that rental, it was the dealership who did!

Under new management the place is doing extremely well. The staff is friendly and you feel right at home. Would recommend to friends.

WARNING WORST SERVICE EVER

If I could give a rating lower than poor I would. Owner is rude, obnoxious and threatening over the telephone. Please take you business elsewhere, even if it costs you or your insurance co. more money. The sooner business owners like this go out of business the better. Vehicles were dirty, smelly and not maintained.

Rude and obnoxious!

They do not answer any phone calls or return any messages. When you enter there place of "business" no one greets you. I was under the impression the place was abandoned. After calling out, I was told to come into a room around the corner by the alleged "owner" of the company. She did not offer for me to have a seat in her office. She Was very rude and actually screamed at me during my time in the office. She then asked me to leave her office and refused to walk around the rental car with me. She was very unprofessional. They do not show any positive customer service and

Watch your VISA statement!!!

Be sure to watch your credit card statements if you rent from this company. I had charges appear months after returning the vehicle. I STRONGLY suggest DO NOT rent from this company unless you want to be dealing with a lot of problems trying to get your money back. I couldn't even get them to send an invoice or summary of the charges!
