Absolutely horrible customer service. I was very disappointed with the way they handled my refund request for a fraxel treatment they never provided. Basically I had to reach out to Sarah numerous times before she even RESPONDED, and then waited another few weeks to this day with no reply. Had to file a chargeback as I never got my refund to this day. Stay away from this company before they charge you for services you never used.

I love Skin Vitality. The staff are all so lovely and helpful, the clinic is beautiful, and I am in LOVE with my Botox results. The nurse’s suggestions were perfect and I have been getting nothing but compliments on how good I’ve been looking lately! I cannot wait to go back for my lips!! I would recommend Skin Vitality to anyone!

Terrible and unethical practices. They will try to sell you a promotion package but not schedule you in to see a doctor. Ive waited over a month to be refunded and keep getting the run around from Sarah. Opening a case with CTV consumer alert as many have been in the same position.

Superior service to other clinics in the area. I switched over to Skin Vitality from another doctor in Markham - there is no comparison! Service, results and price cannot be beat. Services that other clinics offer 1 a week are offered every day at this clinic - additionally, they are open evenings and weekends. Simply the best service around - period.

I got my lips done at this place last week. I am soooo overjoyed with the results. I was always a little self conscious about my upper lip as it is not as full as my bottom lip. The nurse was able to balance out my mouth without giving me the duck look I was afraid of. My results are really natural! Loving my new lips!

I went to the Lakeshore location to get Botox treatment for the line at the top of my nose between my eyes. I was assured that they knew exactly how many units I needed to smooth away that line. It didn't happen. The line barely changed and my forehead smoothed out only in the middle instead which is exactly what I did not want. I had told them that beforehand! They would not credit my Visa. Do not waste your money at this location. There is a good chance you will not be satisfied.

Had an amazing appointment a few weeks ago at Skin Vitality Port Credit..... My injector Elizabeth was extreamly gentle and help eased my nerves for my first filler experience. Elizabeth was very knowledgeable,friendly and punctual. I would definitely book anpther appointment at Skin Vitality

My experience at this skin vitality location has always been top notch and professional. I highly recommend that you choose this location for your beauty treatments.

I will not go to this place again. I went to this place because they have a Botox promotion, $89 for 20unit Botox and the nurse said I need 50 in total. Well, I cant even notice the change on my masseter muscle after 2 month which I believe they add more saline to dilute the Botox. I used to have botox(only 20 units) in other place and end up a amazing result.

DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR HERE. Bad business. You are pressured into paying without anything about a contract being mentioned and when you decide to change your mind for legitimate reasons, it takes ages to get a response from anyone and then they quote the contract and say your initial payment is non refundable (even if the amount is thousands!!!!!) now having to launch with the better business bureau. Didn't know businesses like this still existed especially in such a nice area. BEWARE!!!

I recommend this clinic for cosmetic injections. The medical staff is very knowledgeable. I have seen several physicians and nurses in the area, none compare to this clinic.
