    Worse products and customer service ever! Delay, delay, delay and lie, lie, lie. Treadmills are made with cheapest parts available (in China) and when requesting warranty they just play games and ignore your emails and phone calls. Claim they will get back to you but Never do. They also use low level repair companies because they are too cheap to pay for good quality technicians. Save your Money and your Sanity, Do Not Deal With This Company!

    Zero customer service. Avoid this company at all costs. Warranty claims are not honored. Long waits on hold only to find out that they use delay tactics and never respond to emails or phone messages. The worst customer service experience of my life.

    Called customer service about replacement parts for a trampoline. Best customer service experience I have ever had. The gentleman was helpful and the parts were sent out immediately. I wish more companys were as nice and efficient.

    Bought a treadmil...

    Bought a treadmill from Costco a couple months ago. Received a defected model. Disputed problem with Dyaco company (dealt with Pete) and received new model. After 2 uses of the brand new model received, again there was the same defection. Mind you, it was discussed that the particular unit was quality tested prior to shipping it out. Once again called Dyaco and spoke to Pete.
