KSM engineering service was very helpful with the process of designing my deck. My deck was build to code and I had no problem getting my permit from the city. KSM Engineering also worked with my deck builder to ensure that everything was done correctly. Very happy with the service that was provided.

COMPLETE FRAUD - STAY AWAY!!!

We requested a deck drawing from Mohammed who charged me $1300. The drawing was rejected by City of Toronto due to errors made from Mohammed's lack of experience. When I had asked him to make the revisions, he refused to do so without receiving further payment. He took my hard earned money, made multiple errors on the drawing and refused to correct his work.
