I never been to a pawn shop before & was quite uncertain of what to expect. I had two rings that I wanted to replace. I was very pleasantly surprized. I was looked after with more than excellent care. The boss was equally helpful. It was a very laid-back atmosphere & I was ever so patiently taken of. I found the two most perfect rings-nicer than the ones I gave up & for a more than reasonable price at that! The customer service was excellent. I will not hesitate to go back.

Great people, Amazing service! I bought a Diesel watch from Howard's. After 2 weeks, found out that the band was defective. I brought the watch back into Howard's for a replacement band, they didn't have any that would fit. I was told to go and find a suitable replacement, And they would reimburse me. I did exactly that, came back with the receipt and they refunded he cost without hesitation. Really great experience, I'll be shopping there more often!
