    I was very happy with the service I received The free quote was in-line the others we got. they showed up when they said they would. The new roof looks great. would recommend them to anyone.

    The job started w...

    The job started within the time frame promised and the work crew diligently installed a difficult roof within the projected schedule. Cleanup was very thorough. We are delighted with the finished product and highly recommend Mr. Roofer to everyone just like they were to us.

    Mr. Roofer Inc. come out and assess and repair some other clowns work. Alex was awesome, explained to me in detail about my roof and whats wrong with it. Took pics and actually measured the roof. Helping us out with a claim against the roofer who put on the roof months prior and gave me a deal cause of the problems from the other company. Gave me warranty papers and when i tested them to come back, they did without question. If you get them, they are awesome all around.

    Failed to show

    I have had two separate appointments with this company to have an estimate done on my roof. Neither time did a representative show up nor was I contacted to let me know they would not be coming out. When I was finally connected to a representative they were unapologetic and I was told a more lucrative contract took precedence. I can't speak for their workmanship, but the customer service is abysmal.

    Had them recently do my roof, and from the very beginning, they were honest and very keen on details. They really did a good job on clean up and the roof looks great. Highly Recommended. Thanks Mr. Roofer Inc.
