DC Upgrades

Defiantly the place to go to , the guy that I chatted with was able to get me the exact product that I wanted and was very informative when buying other products . I wanted to buy a certain remote starter alarm combo and he saved me almost $200 by showing me that the exact same company had a better option that had way more features . He also showed me the exact cost of what it was as well as what he was selling it to me for . Definitely will be doing more business with them soon! Thanks DC !

Absolutely terrible go in to have a job done and get a call saying that need more money half way through the job who gives one price accepts payment then says they need more money definitely suggest going else where

Called this place over and over again no one answers but when you go in they are there. Must be screening calls???

Shane is very knowledgeable and has a perfect disposition for this line of work. He made the process fun and clearly explained the product and costs. This is my 2nd time visiting DC upgrades, couldn't ask for a better service and price! Shane is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to any of his products he sells and he is always willing to take the time to show you and explain to you what he is doing to your vehicle... He even had a couch in the shop so you can watch the install right before your eyes! Couldn't be happier with the work done here, won't even bother price shopping!!! After getting many diffrent quotes from other companies here in Peterborough, Shane at DC Upgrades was the only one who took the time to listen to my grandmothers needs. We needed a backup camera installed as she's getting older and needs assistance . Every other place tried to sell over a Thousand dollars worth of Bluetooth , GPS , and DVD player and equipment , saying it's what needed to be done. DC upgrades installed a small screen and backup camera and sensors , for a fraction of the cost . Shane really listened to our needs and accommodated well within time & budget . Thanks , I'll be recommending you guys to anyone !
