WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER !MANAGER HAS ANGER MANAGEMENT PROBOEM AND TREATS CUSTOMERS SO BAD HE SWEARS AT CUSTOMERS AND CALLS COPS ON THEM BECAUSE THEY WANT THEIR DEPOSIT BACK TWO MONTHS AFTER PROMISSED DELIVERY DATE!ONCE YOU PAY THEM DEPOSIT THEY DISAPPEAR ON YOU!!STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE !!
I really wish I would have read those reviews before placing my order. It took them more than a more to provide me the sofa that I order and when it came it was totally different fabric and colour. Now, ijjaz known as Jaz asked us to take our refund back. He is clever in communication and make you trust him but it is a lot of headache, very unprofessional, and very insensitive about their customer services.i will never go back to them. They are even failed to apologize for wasting my time.
Sold me a bed frame that they failed to get the parts correct for 3 weeks over the initial promised delivery time. Even in the end they did not get the parts correct... However, the worst part is that this bed frame came with BED BUGS. They refused to refund after their initial mistakes and to my surprise 6 weeks later. I am greeted by their friends. After telling them about the problem, they still denied a refund as they said they source their products from others. What a joke. Never buy here

I ordered a custom made bed and bench, it was beautifully crafted. The owner was amazing and friendly. He listened to my vision and created it. I highly recommend this store.

Don't ever shop at this store for anything, even if your life depends on it. We were promised the blue foam for the new sofa set we bought, instead we were given the cheapest quality foam even though it's stated on the invoice that they will replace it with the blue one. The matter regarding the foam was never resolved! One of the leg was cracked in two and they promised to give us a new one but that too was never resolved! The cops were called before they decided to replace the leg! Terrible service!
This company was given my chair to have the upholstery done. They in turn gave the chair to the third party to do the work. They charged me $300 and said they would replace the foam and have the upholstery done. Over 4 months we traveled to and fro over 70 km to the Third party Kolu Furniture. The job was terrible I have to now throw away the chair, No padding was done and the work to upholstery was done terrible. We have just retired. For them to take the money from people like us is sad.

We bought a sofa and a chair from these people. First date they were supposed to come and deliver it, they never showed up. No call or anything. We finally got a hold of them the next day, and same they said sorry and we arranged another day. Second time, same thing. On the third time, they brought the wrong furniture. The delivery people were RUDE and didn't seem to care. We called them, and they arranged for another day where again they never showed up. We are still waiting..... TERRIBLE!!!!!
bought a couch set and bed set there. reasonable prices for good quality furniture and most important great customer service. The whole process was so smooth. I would highly recommend this place for all your furniture needs.
