Horrible customer service. Don't go!!!
After looking on the website and reading appointments not necessary, a few of us drove an hour and a half to go look at weeding dresses. When we finally got there the older lady and older man didn't greet us, just stared at us. they then asked if we had an appointment. I replied no and told them about the website. They then both replied we couldn't try on dresses without an appointment because it took an hour to try on dresses. I explained we drove from far away, and got a reply of "we that's not my problem. Call back and make an appointment". We then asked to just look at the dresses and they were reluctant to let us do that. They just sat there and watched us from the corner. They were so unprofessional and just mean in general. They lost 4 potential sales. Although they had nice dresses there customer service was so bad, I would never consider going back. I would never want that experience associated with my wedding.
