They forgot to give me back my health card I’ve been sick for years.. it’s been a few months I have no phone cause I am too broke I finally scrounged up the energy to 1hour walk there 1hour back..feelin like puking the whole time.. only to be told by the reception they don’t have my health card… she didn’t even ask my name or tell me to have a seat and she will ask the doctor.. nothing.. this was a good hour and a half before they were closing too. Absolutely ridiculous. Disgusting.

This doctor is the worst, had to move my mom to another doctor to get knee replacement surgery as this doctor ignored my moms knee for years. Now they are withholding my moms diabetes medication until I give them $10. But it has to be in cash. No doubt she is not reporting the income. Receptionist says no VISA or Interact or cheque. Has to be cash. If I have to drive downtown to pay her in cash, there will be hell to pay. The $10 will be in coins and thrown across her office floor. Be careful wi
