terrible customer service. Long distance was running okay for a few years, now overseas calls are being routed to some foreign scam answering machine and I end up getting charged for these minutes. Startec does not acknowledge that this is an issue and continues to charge me for these calls.

Dont use this telecom provider. I was their client for 20 days in febriary 2017 and they charged me 38,78+24,99 + 31,59. And customer care never was able to fix their bill problem. I spend days on the phone with them, what a bad experience!!!!

Horrible

This is the worst company ever. For the past 3 months my line wasn't working at all. I couldn't make any calls. Each time I called they were making me stay on the line telling they don't know what the problem is and they will open the ticket. I got tired of it and called to cancel my service. Took me almost an hour being transferred back and forth between people who cannot speak proper English. Their customer service is in India most likely, and you cannot expect them to be able to solve any problem. Not only this but they also charged me money for the 3 months I didn't have service with them and refused to reimburse me my money. Ridiculous. The WORST company on the market. The WORST customer service on the market. I am so glad I cancelled my services with them.
