Airflight Services

As an individual who travels to the states often, I use Airflight Services to drive me to the airport, and have them come me pick-up when I arrive. I have been using them since April 2017. Their cars are always clean, and the drivers are always nice to me

The cars are nice, and drivers are very professional. They know their way around the city as well as the cheap pricing.

Streamlined booking process with good customer service and assistance. Drivers are well mannered. Best part of the transaction - no extra charge for Toronto traffic that we faced on our way back home.

Avoid Airflight taxies. Family of 4 with 3 regular sized suitcases and one smaller carry-on bag. The driver demanded "excessive baggage charge", despite all bags fitting fine in the trunk with more space left. Ended up paying $70 going to North York where normal price is closer to $55. We've been traveling years as a family with these bags and it's the first time it was called "excessive". 4 passengers/4 bags is a standard setup. Complained to Airflight service - no reply at all. Avoid

I had very bad experience with AirFlight in Toronto. The driver was very unfriendly and surly. After starting out on our trip to the airport which costs $51 (26 kms) from our house, we forgot something and had to go back. We were a few blocks from the house. He charged us $24 extra????
