Borrowed our hairdryer to defrost our fridge....
Our freezer needed to be defrosted. The repair man then asked to borrow our hair dryer to defrost it. Seriously?!?!You don't carry your own! It worked fine...for a week. Then frosted up again. My husband defrosted it twice since the repair and then decided to take off the back panel - it was solid ice. The repair man did a half job and didn't take the back panel off and unnecessarily took the freezer door off too. Guess he had to justify charging us $250 + tax to fix it. Don't call them!
