KW Sleep Lab

looks like I'm not alone, I've heard of incompetence, but had an overnight assessment done in Nov/23, then "radio silence"! Don't waste your time (and tax payers money) on this place! Run run away

I can't even give a rating, as I am so unhappy with KW sleep clinic, my grandson went for his testing in February and we still have not received his results, and he is getting worse and it seems like they don't care as we have left lots of messages and they never return our message and as his Nana I am getting so ticked with them as this is a child that has problems sleeping and we a re pretty sure he needs a machine but we are waiting for his test results and have called many times!

I have been waiting for months for follow up, do not answer their phone, no answering machine. How are these people allowed to stay in business. Very incomplete assessments. Just recommend equipment without review of all aspects of apnea. Making enormous profits off the taxpayer. Dr H

If you have serious concern about your sleep and want results in a timely manner, dont do your sleep test here.... go somewhere else and ensure they are capable of providing results when you need. My experience is promised 2-3 week results.... been over four months and told another 2-3 to get me in... thus this review
