Iv been to Boston...

Iv been to Boston Pizza twice now. The first time was okay, we sat near the bar and watched the baseball game. 30 mins went by and we got served... Finally. The waitress said it was very busy. But it only seemed if a few tables were full. The menus we got were very disappointing. There was no simple alternative that you could buy for something g that is a good price and would fill you up. So I ordered the burger, can't go wrong there. Food came another 20mins later. Burger was plan and simple. I didn't get any ketchup on the side... So I just ate it as is. It tasted like it had been frozen for a very long time. Final bill came too 26$ with some beer and side food. The only thing this place has that is good is the pool table. One pool table. I would suggest not eating here if you like good food and want to feel okay the next day.

I've been to Boston Pizza on Niagara St. three times now. Once was for a social function. I wasn't that impressed with the assortment of food put out at that time. However, the chicken pieces (possibly Thai) were very good. Pizza was so so. This time, I was celebrating at a pre Christmas dinner with working friends. The lighting was very good and the general atmosphere was fine. Service was a bit slow once we ordered, but not the fault of the waiter. He was very anxious to serve drinks! It took a while before we got our entrees. The house brand of red wine was very good. I usually order a pasta seafood dish. This one was an overabundance of pasta with alfredo sauce, a few clams, only one scallop and the shrimp not plentiful, curled up and a bit overcooked. Maybe a sprucing up with this dish would be good. I have lots of other places to compare with. The caesar wasn't bad - I liked the fact that it wasn't drowning in dressing. I would have enjoyed a second piece of garlic bread - it was a bit dark on the outside. The meal over all, was average to slightly higher in price than usual. I would go back to meet up with friends, but would not choose to come here on my own - not that impressed. Sorry...........

Tiny, expensive awful pizza washed down ( had to as Pizza was burned ) with very expensive cold beer. Haven't been here in two years and was hoping things have improved. NOT! This was our last visit for sure.I don't know how this review system works as I am not Burlington Foodie but was given this identity when I registered to share my experience at Boston Pizza. Does anyone know what they are doing anymore?

We showed up there looking to watch the final race of the year for NASCAR!!! So the hostess leads us to a table pulls down the big screen switches it to NASCAR! We ordered slider burgers and the pulled rib ones were the bomb! I've been here before and liked the food but this experience was awesome!!!!!

The service here is excellent and the food is just as good. There is quite a varied menu and I recommend asking the waitress/waiter about the specials. A great atmosphere and family restaraunt.

Pricey place for the low quality of food. Every item seems to have been manufactured in a plant in Mississauga, flash frozen, then reheated by a 16 year old with a microwave. If you enjoy eating plastic - this place is for you.;

The Thai Chicken is horrible. Noodles, 1/2 oz of chicken chopped into tiny pieces, with a syrupy sweet/hot sauce. Yuk. The manager we dealt with was very unprofessional and arrogant. Clearly young and very poorly trained. I'm surprised that Boston Pizza doesn't uphold a higher standard of training for its franchisees. Shameful.
