Pet Food Outlet

Been going to this supplier since back in 2000 and we have been always treated more then fair for all our pet needs. If we needed something special for our parrots or information regarding our dogs or cats, they bent over backwards to try and help us out. If we were unsure about a product they gave a sample to try first. Only had to return something once and it wasn't a problem whatsoever. Have recommended this place to all our friends and family.

I gave this store a two because a man that took care of me last night was great! He was helpful right down to removing the plastic bag for me. He was polite and explained several different foods for me also. BUT...The Jacket was too big....my daughter returned this morning to replace it with a smaller size and was greeted by the most nasty woman ever. She made such a fuss over the bag being torn wrong and then refused to help her with dog boots. She just lost a first time customer... RUDE!!!
