It is a joy to have work done by this company! They installed plumbing / heating when my wife and I built our house about 5 years ago. The work was of the highest quality. We have in-floor heating in the basement and the plumbing work that was done was an absolute work of art. Since then, routine maintenance / service needed has been outstanding. The service people are reliable, technically proficient and professional. Customer service is also exceptionally good. I will not go anywhere else.

Since everything was handled on the phone and I never met any actual contractors it's hard to know what to say, However the woman that called me (through warranty home program as we have a leak from a pipe coming through our flooring) told me I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about that this isn't a plumbing issue. I suggested that her nor I would know until someone saw it. She balked at me and I told her kindly I would call my warranty company back and find someone else,
