Great experience!

A friend gave us a couple of gift certificates for Dino's so we decided to go there for dinner. We got there around 5:30pm and were promptly seated. It was not that busy for a Monday evening. We ordered our drinks and the rib & wing combos. The combos included a choice of side ceasar or house salad or house soup. We got one of each of the salads and they were very good. The ceasar salad had real bacon bits and shredded parmasaen cheese on top. We got the house Jack Daniels BBQ sauce on the ribs & wings and it was AWESOME!!! The wings were decent sized and there was lots of meat on the ribs.... which fell right off the bone! The combo also included a small portion of veggies and choice of potato..(we got fries and sweet-potato fries). The desserts were ok.... the turtle cheese cake was a bit small but tasted good. The chocolate avalanche would have been better with brownie instead of chocolate cake. The waitress was very nice and checked on us a few times and refilled our drinks. We'll definitely be going back!!!

In response to earlier reviews, mainly Local Guy's: I have been a customer at Dino's for many years and the friendly service and food have always been excellent. While you may have had a "bad experience" I can't imagine that the food was as bad as you describe. Remember that Woodstock is not downtown Toronto or New York City--we do not have the five star dining experiences you seem to be looking for. Dino’s has been in Woodstock for over thirty years and would not last this long if it were not an excellent restaurant. As for the restaurant being empty: the old downtown of Woodstock is often deserted as a result of suburbanization and new restaurants being built on the outskirts of town. Personally, I feel the decor has an old-fashioned appeal--it's certainly not a dump. Overall, this is an example of a great restaurant that draws people away from modern supercenters and back to the starved downtown areas of Ontario towns.

One of the best value for your dollar restaurants...

One of the best value for your dollar restaurants in Woodstock. The specials come with soup and salad and dessert and are usually priced from $9-12 range . You always get lots to eat and very friendly service.

maybe if this restaurant cleaned their windows, it would be more appealing to the customers from the streets. The food is very good and so is the service. The place needs to be spruced up a bit.
