The dealership is under new management and the service they provided to my car, really awesome. They are more concerned about my car than me. I would highly recommend take your mitsubishi here. they have in house promos and deals going on. They also gave me a mug and a cap. Really awesome. Thanks

There was a recall by Mitsubishi and I went in Dec 2016 they inspected my car and told me that they have to order the part and it would take 2 months after 2 months I called to find out if the part was ordered and I was told that there is a back log and it would be about 2 more months I called Mitsubishi head office and was told that no parts was ordered for my vehicle The mechanic tried to make me pay for work that is paid for by the recall and never ordered the parts BE FOREWARNED

2 hours for a oil...

2 hours for a oil change. Need I say more.

Sales Rep had limited experience & Knowledge

Went here for information/test drive of a car. The sales manager greeted me and was very friendly, but when I started asking questions, I was passed off to a junior sales rep. While she was somewhat friendly, she wasn't exactly professional. When we went to the lot to view the car I was interested in, she lit up a cigarette and was a little condescending. Her knowledge of the car line up was limited and I think she should have spent more time studying up; I knew more from the website than she did. Didn't end up buying a car here, but it's one of the only Mitsubishi dealers in Toronto. So if you're interested in one, your choice of dealerships is fairly limited...
