Terrible service. Le toit a coulé durant l’hiver et ils ont refusé de prendre responsabilité et action. Une autre compagnie est venue corriger le toit qui n’était pas conforme!!!. Ils devaient revenir boucher le trou à l’intérieur. Le propriétaire disait venir vouloir faire les travaux, mais ne venait jamais. Après deux ans, aucune nouvelle. Une compagnie de broche a foin.
WARNING - Terrible Service ! The roof was done due to water infiltration in 2019 , and it started leaking again in 2020 winters , than later in 2021 . When we asked the company to inspect they said without physical inspection it’s not a roofing issue. When we asked them to inspect physically they said around $1000 - $2000 for service call and labor just for inspection even when the roof is under warranty.
broke parts of the roof , didnt fix, had to call, they fixed it, the air ducts on the roof where not bolted properly, now we have problems during winter and are trying to contact them but theyre ignoring any contact. The way they work is careless and they chose the easy way, by slamming heavy materials 100 pounds plus on your roof so the insides of chandlers ect are broken.
