Bad service but okay price when you visit them during happy hours.

Called two weeks in advance to make a reservation for 20 for a birthday. Reconfirmed the night before. On the day of we called to say we would be 10 min late, they told us no problem. We get there and they say they gave our room away. We begged to give us anything because we had everyone come all the way there. They refused to help and blamed us for being 10min late even though we called to warn them. Awfull kind of people who only care about money. Completly ruined our night.

Good sound & mics for a very cheap price!!

Went with my girlfriend to this karaoke Yesterday, the sound was pure amazing. Also, what's even better is that it's only 10$ per person on weekends!!! I definitely recommend this for Japanese, Korean, English singers.
