I requested a plumber, they asked me over the phone info about the job and they explained properly what to expect. And if everything goes as expected it shouldn't cost more then 1 hour! Well let me tell you.. When a pipe wasn't changed for more than 50 years you cannot complain if they tell you its 4 hours labor. After watching all the job done and all the damaged it could have caused, I think they deserve way more than the 4 hours charged. I am really impressed. Totally recommended!!

NEVER AGAIN, they overbill for the time, they dont explain to you what was the problem and they bill you 3 hours and extra fees without any explanations. A another plumber told us we did not even need to replace the drain.

To avoid. I spent weeks on the phone with them about fixing a problem with my toilet. After weeks of requesting a visit and sending them pictures of the problem, they sent someone who informed me they did not have the part to fix it although they mentioned they had it. They charged me a lot for a 2 minute visit. Find another plumbing company.

Robert and Hugo are the best at repairing hot water heating systems.

Shoddy workmanship. Replaced hot water tank only to discover the problem was with the fuse box!

I DO NOT recommend this company for any residential plumbing work. They left me with a completely blocked drain, a horrible mess, a phone number for an excavation company and a $350 bill. Another company was able to remove the roots from my drain for $400 soon afterwards and said I was good for 2 yrs. Decarie never called me back to discuss what might of went wrong on their part.
