My central heating was not working. Owner said one of the wires connecting the motor and capacitor was loose. He tightened the loose wire and charged $120 for 15 minutes. One month later, same problem. He disconnected the 3 wires between the capacitor and motor and worked again. He also changed the plugs for the 3 wires. He charged $180 for his 2nd visit because he replugged 3 wires and changed the plugs. Worked 1 day and stopped. I went with another guy who changed the capacitor and fixed it.
