On four different occasions, this business failed to take off stains and they charged me full price on each occasion. When I complained, the manager told me " you were not lucky", instead of apologizing or offering to try again or even reducing the charges. Avoid this place, it is terrible.

Je suis cliente depuis 10 ans, il y a aucune tâche qui résiste à ce nettoyeur, les filles au comptoir sont toujours souriantes et serviables, malgré les travaux sur la rue Laurier, le service est toujours excellent même qu’on a accès par la porte arrière quelle bonne idée. Merci à tous les employés pour leur bon travail.

I had a terrible experience with dry cleaning. They damaged my husband's silk tie, they did not even call us to let us there was a problem (or even mentioned anything when we went to receive the tie). I will not go back.

I had been taking things here for over a year - but quality & service has went down significantly. My nice white blouse - the collar is burnt & changed colour. My alterations were done poorly or not at all. followed up in-store & got rude push back from staff that it was my problem. I later emailed and got no response. Go somewhere else

Beware - these guys are addicted to steam and heat. My $2k custom tailored suit now has blown seams. Heartbreaking. As for shirts - have they never heard of press cloths to protect what they press? And why do they use the hottest setting? My shirts have those shiny marks that indicate overly enthusiastic pressing with too much heat and no protection. Really a shame.

Clean is good

Why bother cleaning your own shirts! They do an amazing job.
