I along with a few of my buds have been going here for years and have always been attended to with great service and knowledgeable staff. there will always be people who will have a bad experience wherever you go unfortunately those are the people that write reviews which i think is unfair. I decided to write a review to pay homage to this shops desire to help every customer that comes in no matter what they want. Much respect, Iffy is the man!

Wanted to make sure that everyone knows how much we appreciated the service we received from Wayne Pitman Ford Lincoln Dealership Service Department! They spent a lot of time trying to figure out the problem with our Ford Edge and they were successful. We had brought it to Fergus Ford initially, they couldn't figure out the problem and were told they couldn't help us! WOW, we were extremely disappointed with this kind of "non-service"!. Thank you to the people at Wayne Pitman! You're the best!!
