The process of choosing diamond stud earrings for my wife's 50th was rather stressful until I contacted Paolo at Pacific Diamond Co. in Vancouver. I was sent 3 gorgeous sets of diamond studs, and my wife had the time to choose the set that suited her the best in the comfort of our home. Excellent customer service. There was a miscommunication between the store and the gemologist to the tune of $700. I, as the customer, was not asked to pay any part of the repair bill. Can you imagine any other store doing that? I've had them do other work for me previously, always totally satisfied. Great bunch of people working there. My dear, late friend loved working there a few years ago.

I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with the Lugaro team. My husband bought me the most beautiful ring in June and I have enjoyed looking at the piece everyday since. Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
