We Shopped Kingston big box stores looking for a good quality patio umbrella and were disappointed with low quality and poor knowledge! GO see Mike at St. Lawrence Pools.. They have Top level equipment at fair pricing, and Mike is Knowledgeable, Patient, very down to earth and will make you feel comfortable!! The service was fast and thorough!! 5 Deserving Stars!!! The employees were very helpful, I had very little to no water pressure, they stayed on the phone with me and went through all the possibilities of a solution before setting a site visit, we were able to find the problem, resolve it without the need for a service call.

Simply amazing. I frantically called on Monday morning after running the cisterns from my gravity-fed well completely dry from watering the grass (little did I know it was about to rain). Steward arrived a few short hours later, fixed it in a jiffy and adjusted my pump for better water pressure. He was amazing. As was the gentlemen who took my call, since he was very knowledgable and knew just what needed to happen. I will never call anyone else.

I contacted Dave when the previous Spa repair service left me with a non-functional spa. I was at my wits end and about to give up. I called and Dave came out same day and with assistance from his wife and son were able to fix the problem from an incorrectly installed circuit board. I highly recommend this company, they were fast, efficient and a pleasure to deal with unlike the other spa company that was anything but 'spectacular'. Thanks Dave, Rita and Daniel.
