We just got our first Hot Tub and we were so happy and satisfied with the customer service that we got from Club Piscine Nepean personnel. Specifically, Zach was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and was very welcoming to all of our questions (and we had a LOT of questions!). Thanks a lot!

We Shopped Kingston big box stores looking for a good quality patio umbrella and were disappointed with low quality and poor knowledge! GO see Mike at St. Lawrence Pools.. They have Top level equipment at fair pricing, and Mike is Knowledgeable, Patient, very down to earth and will make you feel comfortable!! The service was fast and thorough!! 5 Deserving Stars!!! Contacted J last September and met with him to look at his product (hot tubs) and ask a few questions(well maybe a lot). I hadn't met anyone locally who was more knowledgeable or willing to answer all my questions more than J. He really knows his stuff. The quality of the tub I purchased is as good as a tub that is much more expensive. It had everything that I was looking for and more. J has been there to answer any questions since my purchase and definately feel as though I made the right choice. I would recommend Canco Pools and Spas for anyone looking for a tub with all the bells and whistles at a price that will beal all competitors. Thanks again J. (Video is taken of my tub on the day of install. By the time we were finished, it got dark and J took the video with me playing with the remote. Sorry J for the uneven surround which made you stumble a lot!!!!)
