After being totally unappreciated at CWB in the same complex, I went here to set up an account. I was dealing with a very pleasant and helpful lady (Annie) within 5 minutes. She took the time to ensure the accounts I started were exactly what I needed and understood. In and out in less than half an hour and felt like my business was appreciated.

Extremely satisfied, I’ve done banking with most of the big banks , but by far the costumer service I’ve received at bmo cannot be matched
