I stop at this Starbucks quite often on the way to work and they offer a great Starbucks experience here. The staff are friendly and welcoming and they do a good job of remembering the drinks of the regulars. A friendly hello and a wish for a good day go a long way in providing a quality experience and they do a good job in this respect. They are also obviously committed to delivering a quality product as I have almost always had a great beverage here and on the one time I didn't they gladly remade it and offered me a free drink coupon for next time. Not the greatest location in the world scenery wise but they make up for it with great customer service!

The staff are friendly, very knowledgeable about what birds are resident in Vancouver and when and more importantly what you need to put out to attract them to your yard. Even better...if you get really serious about feeding the birds in your backyard, like we have, you can stock up when the seed is on sale! By purchasing multiple bags they will keep a record of your purchase and let you come in and pick up a bag here and a bag there as you need it. I have been 2000-Travel loyal customer for years and have never regretted of my choice. Everything very well organized with no waste of time or nerves, at reasonable prices.
