He really took the time to get to know us, and also got us the biggest refund possible with an immaculate attention to detail. I had the pleasure of being towed by a wonderful driver of Budget Towing. He picked me up quickly and safely off the 401 during rush hour. He was professional, courteous, in uniform and made the usually unpleasant experience, pleasant. He took care of everything and eased my nerves. I will be using their service again. Budget is the best place to go for all Automotive parts and advice, John and Richard are very patient and knowledgeable, they don't waste overhead on a flashy store this way they pass the savings on to the customer, the other big guys like NAPA , CT, and Parts Source cannot compete with Budgets prices for the same product and brand, its the only place I shop for my parts.
