This was my first visit to 4 Your Health. The aesthetician there greeted me with a friendly and relaxing smile. I was having my chest and back sugared and was a little worried to say the least. Kristy made me feel comfortable about it all. Yes, it did hurt, not saying that, but it took no time at all and the end result was amazing. I never felt so clean. Thanks Kristy, and yes I will be a return client.

Was able to checkin online with my smartphone. I was given an appointment two hours from the time I checked in but didn't have to go sit in the waiting room until my appointment time. Fantastic service! Wish all walkin clinics had this. Dr. Judy was great, too. Very knowledgeable and professional.

Hands down best gym by far! Joy is extremely motivational and determined to get you where you want to be. Joy will continue to raise your limits and challenge you. The facility is so cozy and fun you won’t want to leave. I a matter of two months I’ve lost 30lbs, thanks to Joy!!!? I have been to a handle of gyms and never had an experience like this, definitely recommend!!!!!!!!

I met Dr. Saari as part of the Eye See Eye Learn program when my daughter started school. He came to her school and talked about eyes and my daughter got to try on some 3D glasses. I made an appointment for her and we found that she need glasses. He made it very easy to understand what was happening and how we could fix her eyes. I was so happy to have someone take the time. I never knew anything was wrong and he told me it was better we caught it early. Now she goes every few months to make sure she's still getting better. I can't say anything more than go see Dr. Saari if you child is starting school and the glasses were free for her. Great doctor and great program.

I have been in pain in my left knee for 3 years. After visiting the Gait Clinic and purchasing a dry fit knee brace my pain has subsided. No pills necessary and no skin irritation. The facility was clean and the staff was friendly and very helpful. I would certainly recommend this clinic.

This is a great place to shop for pets. The staff is helpful with their advice and suggestions when asked. They love when your pet comes in and give a treat if it is OK with the pet owner. Since the new owners have taken over the gym has become truly amazing. It was nice and clean before, but now there are more classes, the staff feel like extended members of family and its a place that I feel incredibly comfortable. Would recommend AF Welland to anyone looking for a safe place to work out and take care of themselves.
